For Online Applicants

  • Valid and active email address and phone number for communication
  • Digital scan of National Identity Card or valid International Passport
  • High-resolution passport photograph with white background (JPEG format)
  • Scanned copy of secondary school academic transcripts (PDF format)
  • Certified copy of O'Level / A'Level academic certificates
  • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) showcasing professional experience
  • Digital copy of recommendation letters from two professional referees
  • Signed and scanned health self-declaration and medical clearance report
  • Electronic proof of payment for the non-refundable application fee

For Direct Applicants

  • Duly completed and signed physical application form
  • Two physical passport-sized photos with full facial exposure
  • Certified physical copies of all academic transcripts and credentials
  • Original bank deposit slip or transaction receipt for processing fee
  • Two letters of recommendation in sealed envelopes from school/employer
  • Physically signed official medical examination report from a certified clinic
  • Photocopy of national identity document or valid birth certificate
